Croxyglobal provides optional AI-assisted writing features that help users create email drafts.

When you choose to use AI-assisted drafting:

Our backend sends the required information to OpenAI API to generate writing suggestions.

The generated draft content is returned to you for review and editing.

The AI feature only generates writing suggestions.

It does not automatically send emails, modify Gmail data, or perform Gmail actions on your behalf.

You always decide whether to edit, use, or discard the generated content.

AI-assisted features are only activated when requested by the user.

Information processed for AI drafting is used only to generate the requested email writing assistance.

Google Workspace user data accessed through Gmail API is not used to train, improve, or develop generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We do not use Google user data for AI model training or any secondary purpose unrelated to providing the requested functionality.

Croxyglobal follows the principle of data minimization.

We do not permanently store your Gmail email content or Gmail data on our servers.

Gmail data is processed only when necessary to provide requested features.

When AI-assisted drafting is used, the required information is temporarily processed only to generate the requested draft and is not retained after the processing is completed.

Any information stored locally by the application remains under your control.

You may remove local application data by uninstalling the application or clearing application data.

Croxyglobal does not sell, rent, or use your Google user data for any purpose unrelated to providing requested features.

When you use optional AI-assisted drafting features, the minimum information required to generate the requested draft may be securely transmitted to OpenAI API for processing.

This processing is performed only to provide the AI writing assistance requested by you.

The information processed through AI features is not used for advertising, profiling, sale, or AI model training purposes.

Croxyglobal uses Google APIs, including Google Sign-In and Gmail API, to provide account authentication and Gmail-related functionality.

The use and processing of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Croxyglobal uses OpenAI API to provide AI-assisted email drafting functionality.

Only the information necessary to generate the requested draft is processed.

Google Gmail data is not used to train, improve, or develop OpenAI models or generalized AI models.
